Getting started
A company owner creates a workspace on the website and signs in after approval. Invited members choose Join company in the app and enter their invitation code and email. One account can join multiple companies and switch the active ledger through Switch or join a company.
Accounts and currencies
Operating accounts and employee funds can support multiple currencies. Balances, income, expenses and exchanges stay in their original currencies and are never added together. Account visibility and recording actions are granted separately.
Collaborative entries
Authorized team members record expenses, income, transfers or exchanges with notes and supporting documents. The system keeps the operator and posting time. Corrections remain traceable to the original entry.
Cash reports
Review income, expenses, surplus, fund distribution and categories by currency, account and period. Transfers, exchanges, opening balances and non-cash offsets keep their own accounting meaning; surplus is not presented as profit.
Capital and dividends
When enabled and authorized, companies can manage contributions, ownership, dividend allocations, advances, payments, offsets and returns. Settlement stays separate for every participant and currency.
Members and permissions
Owners, partners, finance staff and employees receive explicit visibility, responsible accounts and actions. A role alone never unlocks every financial operation.
Languages and exports
The interface supports Simplified Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia and Tiếng Việt. Switching language never rewrites account names, categories or notes. Authorized members can export CSV files.
Downloads and installation
The Mac test package is available directly. Public distribution signing and notarization are not complete. The iPhone build is currently installed on development devices; a public link will follow a confirmed App Store or TestFlight release.
